In life, everybody pivots.

Some folks sail through pivots with grace, and some get stuck at the crossroads for years. Some pivots demand big, dramatic changes; others ask for smaller, subtler tweaks. Some pivots are solo journeys that only require the eradication of self-doubt, and some pivots can’t be accomplished without convincing others to have great faith in you.

No matter the details, everybody pivots.

So, if we all pivot, but evolve differently through each experience, wouldn’t sharing how to face, and move past, the crossroads be useful?

The Pivot Syndicate was created to collect and share stories about choosing the most authentic direction in life, the shifting mindsets and other very real adjustments necessary to move forward, and how to embrace all the discomfort associated with being in unfamiliar territory.
